Information you provide

When enabled, our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and reason for contacting us. Depending on your enquiry, you may also provide your organization, role, region, crops, approximate area and message. The form identifies which details are required. Please do not send confidential farm records, financial documents or passwords through the website.

Why enquiry information is used

Once enquiries open, enquiry information would be used to understand a request, assess the appropriate next step and respond. Registering pilot interest does not enroll you in a pilot or a paid service. A website enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The illustrative product example

The guided website demo uses synthetic fields and fixed explanations. It does not connect to your farm, upload your records or carry out live AI analysis. Changing a sample field is an interface interaction, not a request for agricultural advice about your property.

Service providers and technical information

Website hosting, security and enquiry delivery can involve service providers and technical request information. Provider, processing-location and retention details will be added when they are confirmed.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information should be retained only for the stated purpose and applicable obligations. When enquiries open, a privacy request option on the contact page will let you ask about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Until then, no form on this site collects personal information.

Updates

We will update this notice when the website's handling of personal information changes. The published version will identify its effective date.
