Pilot planner
Plan how you would judge a farm-software pilot before it starts: the question it should answer, the evaluation window, a baseline, the records to keep and up to three measures, on one printable page.
A sentence in your own words: who does it, how often and with which tools or records.
Tick any that apply; they can serve as the baseline.
The months the pilot would be judged over, from the first month to the last.
AgriNova AI has not confirmed how long its pilots would run: 90 days, or a whole season from seeding to harvest. A 90-day window may not cover a season from seeding to harvest.
Choose up to three. They are the pilot's KPIs: things to measure, not results. You decide each baseline and what would count as useful.
Choose at least one measure, so the pilot has something agreed to judge it by.
Pilot evaluation plan
This plan does not reserve a place, check eligibility or send anything to AgriNova. Pilot terms are not yet confirmed.

Before the window opens, write down how this job is done today, how long it takes and what is recorded, so the pilot can be compared with it.
Evidence checklist
Keep these during the window, including the checks that found no difference.
- The dated observations or alerts that prompted each check
- Each field check: the date, the place and what was found ("no visible difference" counts)
- Each decision made, and the evidence it was based on
- Time spent preparing and making visits
- What was confusing or created extra work
- Weather or field conditions that changed during the window
KPI sheet
Agree each line before the window opens; fill in the result at the review.
Choose at least one measure, so the pilot has something agreed to judge it by.
Measure (write it in)
- Baseline, before the window
- How it will be measured, and by whom
- What result would count as useful
- Result at the review

Notes
How this plan was made: the window counts calendar months, the first and the last included; a window under three months is marked short. The measures come from a fixed list and carry no suggested value: every baseline, threshold and result is yours to decide.
About this tool
What it does, its rules and its limits
What it does
It lays out a plan for judging one pilot from your choices: the question, the evaluation window, a baseline, the records to keep and a sheet for up to three measures. Your entries appear on the plan as you typed them.
Its rules
- The window counts calendar months, the first and the last included: May to July is three months.
- An end month before the start month is an error.
- A window under three months is marked: short windows may miss key crop stages.
- Up to three measures; with none chosen, the plan asks you to choose at least one.
What the labels mean
- Sample
- The plan comes from a website tool, not from an AgriNova service, an offer or an agreement.
- Your input
- Everything on the plan is typed or chosen by you. It never leaves your browser.
Limits
- It suggests no value, threshold or target for any measure.
- It does not check whether you could take part in a pilot. AgriNova AI's pilot terms, including any KPIs and the pilot length, are not yet confirmed.
- It gives no crop-stage or timing advice.
- Nothing is saved: reloading the page or pressing Reset clears every entry. Print the plan or save it as a PDF to keep it.
