Notes: what you and the grower saw, kept against the field and the date, so the next visit starts from the last one.
Permissions: which client fields you could see. How access would be granted and withdrawn is not yet confirmed; it is one of the questions still open before any pilot.
Handoff: passing a field check to the grower or a colleague, with the notes and the evidence attached.
